“We are always learning; that’s what so great about the work we do!” This viewpoint has energized Ron from his studies in Architecture at the University of Manitoba, where he graduated with honors and the RAIC medal. Ron obtained national and international urban and facility planning experience in Montreal, Winnipeg, Malaysia and New York. Ron joined Graham Hoffart Mathiasen Architects in 2000. Ron is proud of his work on two significant high schools, University Hill Secondary School at UBC and Centennial Secondary School, in Coquitlam, both of which have focused on the transition to 21st Century Learning principles. Recently, he has completed courses with San Diego State University and has received a Certificate in Educational Facilities Planning and the CEFPI designation: REFP.
